When my entire family went gluten free, we struggled to find good dessert replacements. When my mom came up with her infamous peanut butter cookie recipe, we couldn’t believe that they were gluten free! These are now her signature dessert and almost everyone who tries them asks for the recipe. The secret is now out and we can’t wait for you all to try these easy 6 ingredient gluten and dairy free cookies!
Ingredients:
1 cup peanut butter( I use Skippy natural)
1 cup brown sugar
1 egg
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 teaspoon baking soda
3/4 cup chocolate chips
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350
Combine ingredients (and sample dough)
Roll in balls and press down.
Bake for 10-12 minutes
Cool completely on pan or they’ll break
Makes 12-18 cookies
